Job Description

Liaison with government authorities to resolve pharma/drug-related issues. Conduct daily internal audits and ensure timely closure of observations. Lead a strong team for smooth departmental operations. Optimize turnaround time (TAT) for patient indent to material delivery. Maintain DOI (Days of Inventory) below 24 days. Manage inventory efficiently and minimize stock variance. Handle the return of non-moving and near-expiry drugs. Arrange medicines as per storage conditions. Source non-available medicines from nearby chemists. Oversee vendor management, ensuring timely Debit Note (DN) & Credit Note (CN) collection. Manage OT & Cathlab inventory, including implants, stents, balloons, consumables, and sutures. Ensure compliance with hospital pharmacy regulations & audits.
