What Youll Do: - Develop and execute sourcing strategies for software engineering roles - Build and manage a strong tech talent pipeline - Conduct initial screenings and support technical assessments - Collaborate on employer branding and outreach - Track hiring metrics and optimize recruitment workflows What Were Looking For: - 3+ years in tech recruitment - Strong understanding of software engineering roles and tools - Experience with sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.) - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Data-driven mindset - Experience hiring in emerging markets - Familiarity with GitHub, Stack Overflow, HackerRank - Recruitment marketing or branding background
