Finance Manager

Manage and oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for all projects. Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls specific to the requirements of projects. Monitor project financial performance, analyze variances, and provide recommendations for improvement. Work closely with project managers to track costs, revenue, and profitability. Prepare financial reports, including project financial statements, cash flow projections, and variance analysis. Conduct regular financial analysis to identify risks and opportunities within the projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize project financial outcomes and drive efficiencies. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, as well as internal policies. Manage relationships with financial institutions, vendors, and other relevant parties. Provide strategic financial guidance to the senior management team to support decision-making.
