Head Of Treasury

Egyptian Arab Land Bank / Amman - Jordan is looking to hire : Head Of Treasury with the below requirements: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics , or related filed ( Masters or MBA is preferred ) 10-15 years of experience in the same field. *Main Duties : - Develop and implement treasury strategy in alignment with the banks financial goals and regulatory requirements. - Manage daily liquidity, cash flow forecasting , and ensure optimal use of the banks financial resources. - Lead ALM ( Asset- Liability Management ) and contribute to interest rate and currency risk management. - Oversee FX, money market, and capital market operations. - Manage relationships with local and international financial institutions. - Ensure compliance with CBJ regulations and other relevant standards. - Participate in pricing strategy , funding plans, and investment decisions. - Lead the treasury team, ensuring strong performance, compliance, and professional development. * Key Skills : - Excellent communication skills. - Strong analytical skills. - Time-management skills. - Teamwork. - Leadership Skills. - Excellent English Language is a must. - Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint,...etc.)
