We're looking for a seasoned Senior Project Engineer to lead our projects in Doha, Qatar! If you excel in project management and coordination, apply now! Key Responsibilities & Qualifications: Location: Doha, Qatar Leadership: Lead and coordinate Project Teams from inception to handover. Planning: Prepare and implement Project Execution and QHSE Plans. Management: Monitor Planning, Cost Control, Budgeting, Contract Administration, Progress Reporting, Change Management, and Gate Approval. Coordination: Manage and coordinate multidiscipline Engineers for cost-effective design. Tendering: Participate in tender package preparation, evaluation, and recommendations. Risk Management: Generate and maintain risk registers for effective mitigation. Stakeholder Engagement: Interface with End Users, government authorities, and JVs. Variations: Participate in the processing and resolution of Variations and Contractors claims. Development: Participate in the review and development of client procedures and guidelines. Education: BSc in Engineering (higher degree advantageous). Professional Membership: Membership in a recognized engineering/project management association (advantageous). Experience: Minimum 12 years in engineering, project management, and execution of civil engineering projects. Engineering Coordination: Experienced in engineering coordination during Feasibility, Concept Optimization, FEED, and EPIC.
