Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Performance Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads Monitor and manage budgets, bids, and campaign performance with a focus on ROI and lead quality Campaign Ownership & Execution: Take end-to-end ownership of campaign execution and performance Collaborate with content writers and designers to develop high-performing ad creatives Analytics & Optimization: Analyze campaign metrics using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads Dashboard Implement A/B testing, audience segmentation, and keyword optimization strategies Lead Management: Optimize for lead generation, reduce junk leads, and improve lead quality Work closely with the sales/CRM team to align campaign goals and follow-ups CRM & Marketing Automation: Manage and integrate data with CRM platforms (e.g., Odoo, HubSpot) Execute email and WhatsApp marketing workflows for nurturing leads Reporting & Insights: Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights Track KPIs like CPL, CTR, CVR, bounce rate, ROI, ROAS etcKey Responsibilities:
