Tray Transport Logistics is a dynamic and expanding logistics company providing dependable freight solutions. Were looking for a detail-oriented Office and Accounting Manager to support our office operations and accounting functions in a part-time capacity (2530 hrs/week). What Youll Be Doing: Accounting & Finance Invoice customers, apply ACH/check payments Monitor and follow up on past due invoices Prepare weekly bank deposits and issue checks Organize receipts, create monthly expense reports Assist bookkeeper with monthly financials Office & Administrative Support Manage office supply inventory and orders Handle phone/email inquiries (especially dispatch quotes) Maintain organized records and filing systems Support management and cross-team communication Marketing & Communication Send bi-weekly email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp) Maintain and grow our social media presence Coordinate marketing content and campaignsTray Transport Logistics is a dynamic and expanding logistics company providing dependable freight solutions.
