Job Description

Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations. Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and implementing effective HR policies. Onboarding & Training: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires and coordinate training programs to support employee development. Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems, including performance reviews and feedback processes. Compliance: Ensure company policies and practices comply with labor laws and regulations.
