The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and be capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:<br/>* Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.<br/>* Manage procurement activities, including vendor selection and order placement.<br/>* Maintain accurate records of travel and procurement transactions.<br/>* Provide administrative support, such as scheduling meetings and preparing reports.<br/>* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.</p><p>Required Skills:<br/>* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.<br/>* Strong organizational and time-management skills.<br/>* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.<br/>* Knowledge of travel and procurement processes.</p>
