Executive / Junior Executive Call Center

We are looking for an Executive/Junior Executive to join our Call Center team. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
