Job Description
Manage day-to-day maintenance activities and documentation; coordinate between clients, engineers, and internal departments Use maintenance management software; prepare and track reports, quotations, and contracts Monitor and renew APM contracts on time Serve as main point of contact for maintenance works; update maintenance reports regularly Upload reports and invoices in CAFAM as per client requirements Prepare/organize inspection documents and ensure compliance with WOQOD specifications Build strong client relationships; address queries professionally Schedule and coordinate maintenance visits; track ongoing tasks and follow up with engineers Generate and track quotations via ERP; upload to system and follow up for approvals/feedback Coordinate with accounts to arrange client invoices; prepare monthly progress reports for managementManage day-to-day maintenance activities and documentation; coordinate between clients, engineers, and internal departments
