<p>We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated New Graduate RN Residents to join our comprehensive residency program. This program is designed to provide newly licensed registered nurses with the support and training needed to transition into professional practice. Residents will rotate through various clinical settings, gaining hands-on experience and developing critical skills.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:<br/>* Participate in structured learning experiences and clinical rotations.<br/>* Provide direct patient care under the supervision of experienced nurses.<br/>* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.<br/>* Attend educational sessions and complete required competencies.<br/>* Document patient care accurately and efficiently.</p><p>Required Skills:<br/>* Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility to obtain one.<br/>* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<br/>* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.</p>We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated New Graduate RN Residents to join our comprehensive residency program.
