    Unitrust Insurance Broker LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to support daily operations across invoicing, coordination with insurers, and policy documentation. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team within a fast-growing insurance brokerage firm. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and process client invoices and insurer debit/credit notes Coordinate with insurance providers and internal teams for policy issuance and endorsements Maintain accurate records of client transactions and policy documentation Reconcile payments, outstanding premiums, and commissions Assist with policy renewals and operational reporting Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements Requirements: Minimum 2 years of operations experience (preferably in insurance or financial services) Strong understanding of insurance documentation, invoicing, and policy processes Excellent coordination and communication skills High attention to detail with strong time management Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; CRM knowledge is a plus
