    As a Structural Design Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of structural design projects. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional solutions that adhere to design codes, structural principles, and client specifications. Your expertise in FEM programs and coordination skills will be essential in ensuring project success. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your expertise in design codes to develop safe, efficient, and cost-effective structural solutions. - Employ FEM programs such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP, PROKON, among others, to analyze and model structural systems. - Generate accurate shop drawings and detailed plans that align with project requirements and regulatory standards. - Implement structural design principles and concepts to address complex engineering challenges and optimize performance. - Conduct thorough reviews and analyses of structural designs to identify potential issues and propose effective solutions. - Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and integration of structural elements within overall project objectives. - Participate in project meetings, provide technical expertise, and communicate effectively with team members to drive project progress. - Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in structural engineering technologies, and best practices to enhance team capabilities and project outcomes. Key Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field. - Proven experience (5-7 years) in structural design engineering, preferably in a consulting or design firm environment. - Proficiency in FEM programs such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP, PROKON, and other relevant software applications. - In-depth knowledge of design codes and standards governing structural engineering practices. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to apply engineering principles to solve complex problems. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment. - Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality work within project deadlines.
