Urolime Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive and dedicated Recruiter cum Admin to join our team at Infopark, Cochin. This dual role is perfect for a fresher who is enthusiastic about building a career in HR and administration. The ideal candidate will support our recruitment efforts and manage various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. We prefer candidates who can commit to staying with us for at least 1.5 years. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment: Collaborate with the HR manager to understand and fulfill the companys hiring needs. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings. Partner with the recruiting team and senior managers to design and implement innovative recruitment strategies. Utilize job boards, social media, and other platforms to attract quality candidates. Draft and post job descriptions and announcements on various channels. Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist candidates throughout the hiring process. Administrative: Maintain and update employee records, including personal files and attendance records. Assist with statutory compliance, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met. Support the HR manager with various administrative tasks, such as coordinating HR activities and maintaining records. Help organize employee engagement activities and company events.
