We are seeking an experienced Business System Analyst with a strong background in Mortgage lending and Scrum Master certification to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a unique blend of business acumen, technical skills, and Agile methodology expertise. The Business System Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business requirements, identify solutions, and implement process improvements. As a Scrum Master, the candidate will facilitate Agile teams, ensure smooth sprint execution, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Business System Analyst Responsibilities Business Analysis: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders, including process improvements and system enhancements. Mortgage Domain Expertise: Apply knowledge of mortgage lending processes, regulations, and industry standards to inform business solutions. System Analysis: Collaborate with technical teams to design, develop, and test system solutions that meet business requirements.
