    Job Description

    Source new suppliers and ensure that the purchased products and materials meet the required technical specifications Negotiate purchase terms and evaluating the suppliers performances Ensue timely deliveries and resolving any supply issues or discrepancies Prepare proposals, requesting quotes, and negotiate purchase terms and conditions, delivery term and lead time. Ensure that contracts terms and conditions are in line with the company's policies and are written in legal form Inspect and evaluate the quality of purchased items and correcting shortcomings Prepare reports and maintaining accurate inventory and procurement records Conduct market and product research and cost analysis Coordinate with the requisitions department to obtain required administrative information and documents necessary for processing the procurement Review and update the list of contracts and keeping track of their renewal date. Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, and cost savings. Analyze market trends and conditions to identify potential impacts on procurement activities.
