    Job Description

    Job Title: General Manager Reporting To: Board of Directors Location: Thao Dien, Thu Duc, Ho Chi Minh City Terms: Full-time, On-site Role: In charge of company operations 1. Key Responsibilities Full responsibility of P&L and cash optimization to ensure that company targets and KPIs are achieved. Lead the sustainable expansion of the Company both nationwide and presence in all segments. Define and find resources to implement Company strategy. Lead, grow and professionalize the full organization, with a strong focus of the commercial part. Create a company culture, which enhances employees attractivity and retention. Develop Wine Embassy commercial strategy to create a real differentiation and positioning. Increase brand awareness along mission and value of the company. Professionalization, systematization and automation of our processes. Define and implement plans to enhance efficiency and reduce cost. Ability to perform tasks as directed by the Board of Directors.
