Job Description
Manage and maintain the CEOs calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Coordinate travel and accommodation, ensuring accuracy in scheduling, travel, and admin tasks for the CEO Handle filing and record-keeping (digital and paper) and prioritize the CEOs daily activities and long-term plans Take notes and follow up on action items from meetings (minutes & protocols) Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for meetings, speaking engagements, and other events Maintain confidentiality at all times Prepare meeting and training rooms and assist colleagues with administrative tasksManage and maintain the CEOs calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
