Scaffolding Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor with CISRS certification to oversee scaffolding operations for the New Swing Buhasa Project. The Scaffolding Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the safe and compliant erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and supervise scaffolding activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
* Conduct inspections of scaffolding structures to identify and address hazards.
* Coordinate with construction teams to ensure scaffolding meets project requirements.
* Train and mentor scaffolding crews on safe work practices.
* Maintain accurate records of scaffolding inspections and modifications.

Required Skills:
* CISRS certification.
* Extensive knowledge of scaffolding systems and safety standards.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to enforce safety regulations and procedures.
