Associate (Shopify Marketplace)

Are you a Shopify expert with a flair for e-commerce and digital performance? Were looking for a Shopify Associate to manage and grow our online storefront, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience and optimized store performance. Key Responsibilities: -Manage and update Shopify store: listings, collections, content, and pages -Customize Shopify themes using the theme editor (HTML/CSS/Liquid is a plus) -Implement SEO strategies, email campaigns, and store promotions -Optimize listings with strong SEO: meta titles, descriptions, and alt tags -Monitor performance, user journey, and conversion rates -Troubleshoot storefront, checkout, and app issues -Maintain inventory accuracy and fulfillment health -Respond to customer queries professionally and promptly -Manage ad campaigns across Google and Meta platforms -Stay current with Shopify tools, features, and best practices Requirements: -Hands-on experience with Shopify (US Marketplace preferred) -Familiarity with apps like PageFly, Klaviyo, Loox, ReConvert -Understanding of e-commerce SEO and listing optimization -Knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads -Strong communication and time management skills -Self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines Preferred: -Knowledge of Liquid, HTML/CSS (not mandatory) -Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools -Previous work in a DTC e-commerce environment is a plus
