Job Description
Zener Fire & Security LLC is looking for hiring a Projects Document Controller. Requirements: Bachelors / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering 12 years of experience in document control, preferably in fire fighting systems or construction-related projects Knowledge of document management software and systems Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Responsibilities: Assist with preparation of project documentation Assist with tracking and maintaining of material & equipment purchased for projects Assist with cost control and project reporting Work closely with Purchase & Stores team personnel to update and maintain material tracking sheet Support monitoring and reporting of project metrics against plan Arrange materials for any shortage and follow-ups with Purchasing Department Maintain proper commissioning documents and approved data sheets Coordinate with Design Department to sort out design-related issues and modifications / hydraulic calculationsZener Fire & Security LLC is looking for hiring a Projects Document Controller.
