Architect Technical Office Engineer Wet Infrastructure

- Review and interpret wet utility design drawings, shop drawings, and specifications. - Coordinate with consultants, and contractors to resolve technical issues. - Prepare and validate shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals for wet utility works. - Manage Request for Information (RFI) and technical queries related to wet utilities. - Provide technical support and clarification to site execution teams. - Assist in coordination with other infrastructure and structural works to avoid clashes and ensure smooth integration. - Review and monitor subcontractor progress and compliance with project specs. - Support the planning and scheduling team with input related to wet utility deliverables. - Participate in value engineering and design optimization discussions. - Maintain proper documentation and records in accordance with project procedures.
