Architect Technical Office Engineer

Review and interpret wet utility design drawings, shop drawings, and specifications. Coordinate with consultants, and contractors to resolve technical issues. Prepare and validate shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals for wet utility works. Manage Request for Information (RFI) and technical queries related to wet utilities. Provide technical support and clarification to site execution teams. Assist in coordination with other infrastructure and structural works to avoid clashes and ensure smooth integration. Review and monitor subcontractor progress and compliance with project specs. Support the planning and scheduling team with input related to wet utility deliverables. Participate in value engineering and design optimization discussions. Maintain proper documentation and records in accordance with project procedures.
