Finance Manager

We are seeking a Finance Manager with a strong background in facility management to lead our financial operations. Key Responsibilities: 1- Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop, manage, and monitor the annual budget for facility management operations. 2- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. 3- Cost Control: Identify opportunities to reduce operational costs and improve efficiency in facility management services. 4- Vendor & Contract Management: Oversee financial negotiations with vendors and service providers. 5- Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow for facility operations.
