Storekeeper

HajarGroup is seeking a storekeeper with a great attention to detail and a passion for efficiency to take responsibility for managing inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, and maintaining a well-organized store. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinating with the supply chain manager to receive incoming materials, verify their quantities and quality, and ensure compliance with purchase orders and delivery documents. - Organizing and maintaining inventory in designated storage areas to ensure easy access to items. - Conducting inventory counts, assisting in reconciling inventory shortages or reductions, and helping to maintain accurate inventory levels. - Operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely to move and store materials. - Assisting in packaging materials for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation. - Assisting in loading and unloading trucks and containers as needed. Maintaining accurate records of inventory movements, including receipts, transfers, and shipments. - Collaborating with other departments in the factory, including technical and administrative teams, to ensure materials are available at the appropriate time.
