Technical Office Engineers Natural stone works (Marble & Granite)

Key Responsibilities: * Prepare detailed shop drawings and technical plans under the supervision of the Technical Office Manager. * Quantify material requirements based on approved technical drawings. * Coordinate with factory and site teams to incorporate updates and technical revisions. * Assist in preparing technical reports and project progress documentation. * Support design development, including the preparation of samples and mock-ups. * Review and verify subcontractor shop drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications. * Prepare cutting lists, material take-offs, and cost estimates for marble, granite, and finishing works. * Follow up on approvals for materials, finishes, and technical submittals with the client/consultant. * Coordinate with procurement and suppliers to ensure timely material delivery. * Monitor installation works on site to ensure adherence to drawings, quality standards, and timelines. * Assist in resolving technical issues and discrepancies between drawings and site conditions.
