We specialize in fast-paced, large-scale projects that require exceptional coordination, document control, and execution accuracy. Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Technical Office Manager to lead and oversee all technical office activities for high-end finishing projects, with a special focus on natural stone works (marble and granite). The role ensures that all deliverables meet the highest technical and quality standards, while staying aligned with project timelines and approved engineering specifications. Key Responsibilities: Manage the technical office team and supervise the preparation of shop drawings, site measurements, and as-built drawings. Review architectural and structural drawings and coordinate them with stonework requirements. Prepare quantity take-offs (BOQs) and technical specifications for marble and granite works. Coordinate with designers, consultants, and suppliers to ensure accurate and complete technical information. Oversee the selection of marble and granite types based on project specifications and design intent. Support site execution teams with technical drawings and details; resolve any on-site technical conflicts. Prepare periodic technical reports and suggest alternative solutions when needed. Ensure compliance with relevant engineering codes and standards related to natural stone work. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. Minimum of 10 years of experience in high-end finishing works, including at least 5 years specifically in marble and granite projects. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Project. Experience working on large-scale hotel, residential, and commercial projects with international consultants. Strong planning, organizational, and team leadership skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making under pressure. Personal Attributes: High attention to detail and precision. Strong leadership and team motivation capabilities. Effective communication skills with all stakeholders (management, site teams, suppliers, clients). Commitment to quality and professional standards.
