Technical Office Manager Wood Works

Key Responsibilities: - Supervise the preparation of detailed shop drawings for woodworks (doors, windows, furniture). - Review and quantify materials required for projects, coordinating procurement with relevant departments. - Conduct technical studies to ensure design compliance with project specifications and contracts. - Oversee execution of woodwork tasks at both the factory and project sites, ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications. - Coordinate closely with design and site teams to ensure seamless execution with no conflicts. - Prepare timelines for technical tasks and monitor actual progress versus planned schedules. - Provide technical solutions for challenges that may arise during execution. Lead and manage the technical office team, fostering high standards of accuracy and quality. - Prepare periodic technical reports and submit updates to senior management.
