<ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.</li><li>Build, manage, and strengthen client relationships to identify new opportunities and expand existing business.</li><li>Collaborate with Recruitment and Delivery teams to ensure timely and quality fulfillment of client requirements.</li><li>Understand client workforce needs, project pipelines, and organizational goals to provide tailored staffing solutions.</li><li>Negotiate contracts, billing terms, and service agreements in alignment with company policies.</li><li>Track and report account performance, client feedback, and market trends to management.</li><li>Proactively resolve issues related to candidate delivery, performance, or client concerns.</li><li>Support business development initiatives by identifying opportunities for cross-selling or upselling staffing services.</li></ul>
