<p>Job Title: Admin cum Assistant to CEO</p><p>Location: Noida, Sector 136 (On-site)</p><p>Employment Type: Full-time</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Be the right hand of the CEO - manage calendars, travel, meetings, and follow-ups.</li><li>Handle confidential matters with utmost professionalism.</li><li>Act as a bridge between CEO and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication.</li><li>Draft official letters, emails, reports, and engaging presentations.</li><li>Organize and coordinate meetings, reviews, and client interactions.</li><li>Oversee admin operations - office management, vendor coordination, and supplies.</li><li>Track deliverables and make sure commitments are executed on time.</li><li>Represent the CEO with clients, partners, and stakeholders when needed.</li></ul><h3>What We’re Looking For</h3><ul><li>Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Management, or related field.</li><li>0-1 year of relevant experience (freshers encouraged to apply).</li><li>Strong communication skills (spoken & written).</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).</li><li>Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented.</li><li>Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Discreet, trustworthy, and professional in all dealings.</li></ul>
