Job Title: Admin cum Assistant to CEO
Location: Noida, Sector 136 (On-site)

Key Responsibilities
- Be the right hand of the CEO - manage calendars, travel, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Handle confidential matters with utmost professionalism.
- Act as a bridge between CEO and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication.
- Draft official letters, emails, reports, and engaging presentations.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, reviews, and client interactions.
- Oversee admin operations - office management, vendor coordination, and supplies.
- Track deliverables and make sure commitments are executed on time.
- Represent the CEO with clients, partners, and stakeholders when needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 0-1 year of relevant experience (freshers encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication skills (spoken & written).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Discreet, trustworthy, and professional in all dealings.
