Job Description

<ul><li>Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support office and project/site operations.</li><li>Prepare, manage, and file project documents (quotations, invoices, DO, purchase orders).</li><li>Assist in project coordination with site supervisors, technicians, and clients.</li><li>Maintain records of manpower attendance, leave, and claims.</li><li>Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients regarding materials and project needs.</li><li>Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails related to projects.</li><li>Support HR and accounts departments in payroll, claims, and staff documentation.</li></ul>
