Job Description

Provide comprehensive administrative support, manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports Organize and maintain confidential files Assist in coordinating high-level meetings Manage office supplies and equipment Undertake special projects as directed Manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and training & development Oversee administrative tasks such as facility management, procurement, and safety compliance Maintain HR records, contracts, attendance, and leave management Handle disciplinary actions and resolve workplace conflicts Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulatory requirements
