We are seeking a skilled AR Caller to join our team. The AR Caller will be responsible for contacting insurance companies and patients to resolve outstanding claims and ensure timely payment. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong understanding of medical billing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
* Contact insurance companies to follow up on unpaid claims
* Review and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)
* Identify and resolve billing discrepancies
* Document all communication and actions taken in the billing system
* Maintain confidentiality of patient information
