The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of IT staffing procedures, including contract management, compliance, and background checks. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and compliant hiring of IT professionals to support our companys growth. Key Responsibilities: IT Staffing and Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment process for IT positions, ensuring efficient sourcing, screening, and placement of candidates. Contract Management: Manage staffing contracts including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Purchase Orders (POs), and understand terms such as non solicitation, non compete, contract to hire prohibition, Net 45 payment clauses. Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws including I-9 verifications and E-Verify processes. Background Checks: Conduct thorough background checks for potential hires to maintain the safety and integrity of our workforce. Policy Enforcement: Enforce company policies relating to non-solicitation and non-compete clauses, ensuring all staff are aware of and adhere to these guidelines. Employee Relations: Assist in resolving any employment-related issues, maintaining a positive work environment and high levels of employee satisfaction.
