<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>End-to-end credit appraisal and underwriting for large-ticket infrastructure projects</li><li>Structuring and financial modeling for Roads, Highways, Bridges, and Renewable Energy projects</li><li>Risk assessment, portfolio monitoring & credit policy adherence</li><li>Liaise with Business, Risk, and Legal teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal credit norms and regulatory guidelines</li></ul><p><strong>Skills & Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>8-12 years of experience in Credit / Project Finance with strong exposure to Infra & Renewable sectors</li><li>Expertise in financial statement analysis, ratio analysis, and risk assessment</li><li>Proven track record of handling large-ticket transactions and portfolio monitoring</li><li>Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills</li></ul>
