Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Bank Manager to lead our branch operations. Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year. Ideal Start Date: available within 2 months Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient banking services. Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue and customer satisfaction. Lead and manage branch staff, providing training and performance evaluations. Maintain compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
