Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Practitioner to develop and implement behaviour support plans for vulnerable participants. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of behaviour management techniques and a passion for improving the quality of life for individuals with challenging behaviours.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behaviour assessments to identify the causes of challenging behaviours.
- Develop and implement individualized behaviour support plans.
- Provide training and support to caregivers and staff on behaviour management techniques.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behaviour support plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of participant interactions.
