<h3>Job Overview</h3><p>We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Therapist to join our team at Indlas Child Guidance Clinic (ICGC) in Vizag. As a Behaviour Therapist, you will work directly with children who have behavioral challenges, implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your role is crucial in helping children develop positive behaviors and improve their overall quality of life.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the BCBA.</li><li>Collect and record data on client progress.</li><li>Provide direct therapy to children in a variety of settings, including clinic, home, and school.</li><li>Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to support the child's progress.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client sessions and progress.</li></ul><h3>Required Skills</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.</li><li>Experience working with children with behavioral challenges.</li><li>Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>
