Job Description

<p>About the Role:</p><p>We are looking for a dynamic Brand Manager to own and drive the growth of Givanas Group’s FMCG brands. You will lead brand strategy, product innovation, marketing campaigns, and performance management to deliver measurable business impact.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Develop and execute brand strategies to grow market share and profitability.</li><li>Lead product development, packaging, and innovation initiatives.</li><li>Conduct market and consumer research to inform brand positioning.</li><li>Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, trade).</li><li>Monitor brand performance, analyze sales data, and benchmark competitors.</li><li>Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.</li><li>Manage brand budgets and ensure ROI on marketing initiatives.</li><li>Drive consumer engagement and maintain relationships with agencies, distributors, and retail partners.</li><li>Ensure brand compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.</li></ul>
