Job Description
Drive B2B sales of payment/fintech products and onboard enterprise merchants
Strategize and implement go-to-market plans for in-house financial tech products
Build new client relationships and manage key accounts for revenue growth
Monitor and improve sales KPIs, pipeline efficiency, and conversion ratios
Collaborate with internal teams for marketing, product, and operational coordination
Understand and comply with industry regulations like RBI norms, PCI-DSS, Escrow/Nodal
Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities in existing accounts
