Job Description
Seeking a strategic business development leader with proven consultative sales experience in IT/Software/UX Design Services. Drive global growth through lead generation, client relationship building, and delivering business-centric design solutions.
Your Role:
- Generate new leads via networking, partnerships, and innovative outreach strategies
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitors
- Map organizations and identify new business opportunities
- Build and nurture business relationships with CXOs and key decision-makers
- Coordinate and help close new business deals, RFPs/RFQs, and integrate contract requirements into business operations
- Manage strong quarterly sales pipelines and achieve aggressive growth targets
- Upsell and cross-sell digital transformation services to current clients
- Prepare quotations and proposals tailored for client needs
You Bring:
- 4-7 years in Business Development, Consultative IT Sales, or Software/UX Sales
- Strong hunter profile and experience building successful sales strategies for rapid growth
- Track record of closing high-value, complex sales cycles and meeting/exceeding targets
- Knowledge of CRM tools, business development analytics, and IT/consulting best practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; able to explain technical solutions to non-technical audiences
- Interpersonal skills to build trust with CXO-level clients
- Experience in Management Consulting, BFSI, Fintech, SAAS preferred
- Exposure to UX/UI industry is a strong plus
- Candidates living near Powai, Mumbai will be preferred
- Must have IT/consulting sales experience and a commitment to join post-selection
