At Bhumika Realty, we are expanding our footprint across Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, and Delhi with ambitious residential, retail, and integrated township developments. To fuel this journey, we are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager (Land Acquisition) to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
๐น Identify and evaluate potential land parcels in Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, and Delhi
๐น Conduct due diligence, title checks, and liaise with authorities for approvals
๐น Build strong relationships with landowners, brokers, and stakeholders
๐น Negotiate and structure land acquisition deals aligned with company strategy
๐น Collaborate with legal, finance, and project teams to ensure seamless closures
What Weโre Looking For:

Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Land Acquisition / Business Development in real estate
โ
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (RERA, TOD, CLU, etc.)

Proven track record of closing large-scale land deals
โ
Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills
