Job Description

At Bhumika Realty, we are expanding our footprint across Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, and Delhi with ambitious residential, retail, and integrated township developments. To fuel this journey, we are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager (Land Acquisition) to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: ๐Ÿ”น Identify and evaluate potential land parcels in Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, and Delhi ๐Ÿ”น Conduct due diligence, title checks, and liaise with authorities for approvals ๐Ÿ”น Build strong relationships with landowners, brokers, and stakeholders ๐Ÿ”น Negotiate and structure land acquisition deals aligned with company strategy ๐Ÿ”น Collaborate with legal, finance, and project teams to ensure seamless closures What Weโ€™re Looking For: โœ… Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Land Acquisition / Business Development in real estate โœ… Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (RERA, TOD, CLU, etc.) โœ… Proven track record of closing large-scale land deals โœ… Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills โœ… Self-driven, resourceful, and aligned with growth-oriented vision
