Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and events
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads
- Understand client needs and align them with our IT and digital marketing services
- Prepare proposals, deliver impactful presentations, and close deals
- Collaborate with technical teams to create tailored solutions
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline status
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market changes
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in IT services sales (B2C or enterprise environment)
- Strong knowledge of website development, design, SEO, PPC, and social media services
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling to international clients (US, UK, Middle East, etc.)
- Prior experience in IT services companies or digital marketing agencies
