Job Description

<p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Business Development (60%) Identify, engage, and acquire new-age personal care brands PAN India to expand the customer base.</li><li>Develop strategies for new business opportunities and lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.</li><li>Collaborate with the technical and R&D teams to propose tailored fragrance solutions aligned with client requirements and market trends.</li><li>Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to generate leads and enhance brand presence.</li><li>Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging segments within the personal care space.</li><li>Key Account Management (40%) Manage and grow relationships with existing key accounts to ensure continued business and revenue growth. Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring superior service and timely delivery of fragrance solutions.</li><li>Work closely with internal teams to address client needs, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.</li><li>Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.</li></ul>
