Job Description

<p>As a BI Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing RCM performance data and transforming it into valuable insights that influence strategic and operational decisions. This position is ideal for analytical professionals with a strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare revenue cycle and a passion for data visualization and automation.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar BI tools.</li><li>Analyze critical RCM metrics including Days in AR, Denial Rates, Cash Collection Trends, Reimbursement Rates, etc.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Billing, Coding, AR) to gather requirements and deliver tailored reporting solutions.</li><li>Deliver actionable insights to improve financial performance and streamline operational workflows.</li><li>Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for internal teams and clients.</li><li>Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of all healthcare data used in reporting.</li><li>Automate repetitive reporting tasks to improve efficiency and scalability.</li></ul>
