As a BI Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing RCM performance data and transforming it into valuable insights that influence strategic and operational decisions. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar BI tools.
• Analyze critical RCM metrics including Days in AR, Denial Rates, Cash Collection Trends, Reimbursement Rates, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Billing, Coding, AR) to gather requirements and deliver tailored reporting solutions.
• Deliver actionable insights to improve financial performance and streamline operational workflows.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for internal teams and clients.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of all healthcare data used in reporting.
• Automate repetitive reporting tasks to improve efficiency and scalability.
