We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Chef de Partie to join a luxury guest farm in Franschhoek. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards.
- Manage and oversee a specific section of the kitchen.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Assist in menu planning and development.
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.
